These might be on the edge, but Gordon Biersch and Tied House.

Portland Brewing, founded 1986, aka MacTarnahan's. Sold to Pyramid in 2004, which was sold to Magic Hat in 2008, which was sold to North American Breweries in 2010 and Florida Ice & Farm of Costa Rica in 2012. Still operating, and back to its original name.

Grand Teton, then known as Otto Brothers Brewing, started in 1988 in WY. Then, they moved.

Since 1988. Ohio's first microbrewery. Was a great secret for us lovers of fresh beer in the first couple years of existence. Cool bar = can sit in the same stall as Eliot Ness when he was the safety director for the city of Cleveland if visiting off hours (high seat back, back to the door, mirror to see who was entering the bar).

    From the Great Lake's website:

The Brewpub is a merger of three Victorian era buildings that originally housed the Elton (a former hotel, saloon and burlesque house, and now the Gift Shop and offices), McClean’s Feed & Seed Company (now the Brewhouse; the Beer Garden served as a livery stable), and the Market Tavern, a popular watering hole for Cleveland’s legal professionals, including Eliot Ness, former leader of Chicago’s “Untouchables.” Ask your bartender to point out the bar’s bullet holes, which are rumored to have come from Ness himself. That’s right: you can sit where Eliot Ness sat, sipping a pint of Eliot Ness® Amber Lager.
