Breweries Privately Contacting You

    Most breweries do not want to undercut their retailers. They don't want their beer to sit on shelves because locals know they can get it cheaper at the brewery. More sales at the brewery means less time for brewing, less room to serve customers. The pricing in this situation makes total sense. It seems oddly heavy handing marketing however.

    Brewers that are soliciting real opinion to get better--cool:sunglasses:.

    Brewers giving you a hard time--that's bad customer service even if the poster is a tool- brewers should know better. Just don't engage.

    Patrons that don't return kegs are jerks--not a BA. A 30-50$ deposit doesn't come close to the cost of replacement. I'm ok with 40$ deposit but leaving credit card on file that says that I'm in for 150$ if I don't bring it back--much like the car rental alluded to. Seems fair.
