Pumping up Night Shift Brewing in Everett, Ma here.

Solid line up of all different styles, some of which are world class IMHO. fantastic logo, A+ tasting room with lots of great events. A cool member only barrel society for one offs. Just an all around stellar vibe. And to top it off their hours are about the best I've seen for a brewery. Incredibly accessible.

+1 on Bell's. Don't see too much in South FL, but drink what I can get. Been to the Eccentric five times on trips back North, and never had a bad beer there.

Shorts probably has my favorite bottle art. Really awesome drawings and great beer too. I wish they would distribute to Indiana.

    August Schell Brewing Company.

Traditional family brewing company, dating from the 1860's, a survivor of Prohibition. They focus on their strengths: German styles of beer. They brew everything from AALs (Schell's Light, Grain Belt), to barrel aged lagers, to their specialty Nobel Star series of aged, bottle conditioned Berliner Weisse beers. The brew some of the best examples of German-style beers brewed in the USA.

They operate a nice little beer museum, and their grounds are wonderful. Their tour is also a good look back into their history.

Oh yeah, and one more thing... their slogan: "We are German Craft Beer" thumbs their nose at the Brewers Association's clumsiness.

From what I hear about how they fill growlers, they definitely don't have their shit together.

Way more than we'll ever publicly acknowledge on here, yet Sixpoint comes to mind immediately. The active presence on BA alone screams we're not above ourselves to the point that we can't take input from our consumers. Love it.

New Glarus - Just about every beer is excellent, and they make a huge variety of styles. Also extremely inexpensive, especially considering the quality.

Central Waters - Love their special release BA stuff. Some of the cheapest, easiest to acquire BA beers and all are fantastic. Their regular lineup is solid as well. Their anniversary party and beer is awesome as well.

Sierra Nevada - seem to always pick up something from them, just fits my tastes.

Schlenkerla - Sometimes get a craving that only their incredible smoked beers can satiate.

Sierra Nevada, Founders, FW, Tallgrass (for the most part. I don't 100% like all their beers but most are quite delicious, and the new taphouse in Manhattan is super legit!).

Odell's. Every beer they make is great and I like the fact that they've stayed more local and lower key than big brother New Belgium.

Also as everyone else mentioned, Sierra Nevada.

Treehouse. Have had their beer and it's great. Haven't been to the brewery yet but seems like they have a good system in place to handle the masses.

Agreed. Prepare to get there an hour before opening of spend a few hours there waiting in line. I have to say though it is getting better. Last time I was there was in February, so it may have even improved since then.
