Hello all, I apologize if this has been covered over here, but here goes: A friend is visiting CA for a few days. He will be in LA, Santa Barbara and San Francisco. I know there are some places that ship from online, but I was curious if there are stores where he could go in and pick out beers and they would ship from the store? Any help is much appreciated. Yeah, places don't really do that in my experience. I used to ask things like that before I got more comfortable with shipping my own beer. Just talk your friend through shipping it themselves. It's really not that bad. Set them up with a UPS account and they can literally do everything at a full service UPS store. Buy a box, some tape and a full roll of bubble wrap, pack it in like crazy and then cut the box down a bit so that it's nice and tight. Print the label at the store and they're good to go. Or find him a nearby place that sells wine shippers.
