    Anybody going to this?
Contemplating buying a ticket but would prefer to not do it alone, some fellow local BA's would be great.

My wife and I are going. We went to the last one in 2011 and it was a fantastic event, one of the best I have attended.

Glad somebody already hit you with it, I've heard from people that went that it's insane.

Did anyone else wind up going to this? It turned out to be a pretty great event (made even better by a comp ticket!). Really my only criticism is that it seemed oversold, a total mobshow. Still I never wanted for something to drink or eat.

Highlights included a very congenial Jeppe from Evil Twin pouring big tastes of Biscotti and Femme Fatale Brett. The Peekskill crew serving up Simple Sour to cut a sugary, bacony pork terrine and pairing Amazeballs with pickled mussels. Freshly shucked oysters, amazing cheeses, pickles, bite-size grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. Allagash with James Bean and especially, Midnight Brett. Kelso's Flemish Red. The Crossroads beers.

    The full list:

Brooklyn Black Ops, Sorachi Ace, Crochet Rouge
    Carton Gorp and Boat
    Ommegang: Gnomegang, Art of Darkness,
Greenport Harbor Otherside IPA, Canard Noir
Singlecut barrel aged lager, white lager
    Peekskill amazeballs and simple sour

Yes, we attended, it was a great time. Agree with it being a bit oversold, but like you said, I wasn't left wanting for anything. Loved the Allagash, Empire, Peekskilll, Carton and Eataly offerings. Also really enjoyed the Brooklyn Crochet Rouge, Evil Twin Biscotti. Food was excellent as well. All of the brewers were extremely friendly and willing to chat. This event remains a "must attend" on my list.
