I just saw this event is happening right after a show I'll be seeing at the Kimmel Center next Sunday and it has me curious. Has anyone had any experience with this event before? The food side of things sounds pretty tasty though I can't find much info on what to expect for beer besides the brewery lists.
This is the absolute best event of the year to try new beers and food. Great selection and great atmosphere.
Agreed. Don't miss this event. This is the only event that I go to year after year. 8 years in a row now. I would not expect any rare beers (you might get some in VIP), but you'll find some perfectly crafted beers to go with your food and some interesting stuff as well. The food is amazing. It's a very special event that I would not miss. (FYI - I am not affiliated with this event, but I just think that it's that special)
I highly recommend this event. I've attended the last two years and am bummed that I won't be able to make it this year. As some of the other posters mentioned it is a great place to try many different local/regional beers and food. Try to get tickets if there are any left.
