There are about four* Minnesota breweries in planning which use the Co-Op model Bluenose Gopher is one: http://www.bluenose.coop/ Broken Clock is another: https://www.facebook.com/brokenclockbrewing/ There are doubtless a few dozen more in the planning phase in the upper midwest alone. *I forget the other two off the top of my head.
