Nice! Sounds like Innovation Brewing, which is run by Cal State Pomona. They are a working brewery and utilized in their brewer program. I know a few great brewers that have come from the program.
I love it whenever I encounter a brewing program at a public school. There’s a few community colleges offering brewing programs and I’m always thrilled to encounter alumni when I’m exploring breweries.
