If you haven't been living under a rock, some of you may have noticed breweries and non-breweries collaborating together to make beer. So far I've seen Sierra Nevada/Total Wine (Beer Camp), Dogfish Head/Woolrich, and Dogfish Head/Music collaborations. Does anyone know of any other Brewery/Non-Brewery collaborations?

Here in New Mexico, two different breweries have collaborated with the local liquor & beer store, Jubilation, on beers. In both instances, Jubilation donated a used barrel for the beer to age in.

Chef or restaurant collaborations appear with some frequency.

At least a few of last year's Stone collaborations were done with musicians. I want to say that at least one was done with an artist or author or something. I can't remember off the top of my head.

Dog Fish Head has a line of sausages at Whole Foods. Never had their beer, never seen them outside of Whole Foods.
If so, let me know where they are sold...I live in DE !!!

Terrapin has a collaboration with Jittery Joes, which is an awesome coffee roaster in the same town. You should look up their beer/roast "Wake and Bake."

Almost every major beer bar from Washington to northern California gets some in vogue brewery to do a special collaboration for the anniversary party.

God I think Ale Apothecary has like 6 of them this year.

Edit: also Coffee Roaster collabs are a dime a dozen + and there is also a major pro-am competition up here with home brewer/pro brewer collabs.

Windowsill was The Bruery x Evan Kleinman/KCRW.

Elysian did a series with Jim Woodring, and I'm not sure of the brewery, but there were Mat Brinkman, CF, and Ron Rege beers in neat swingtop bottles a while back.

Ft. George has done collabs with local record labels Suicide Squeeze and Tender Loving Empire, and Plazm magazine. Deschutes collaborated with a chef for their Zarabanda saison, as did Breakside for their Toro Red.

Pipeworks x Longman and Eagle (a hipster restaurant in Chicago)

A strong ale inspired by the Manhattan, meant to be poured over ice... Not something I would want to drink regularly, but I found it to be a pleasant experiment.

A few breweries that have coffee are putting the coffee supplier on the label. Just had a Prairie Bomb and they had their name on the label.

Carton/Fair Mountain Coffee Roasters for Regular Coffee.
    GI and Intelligenstia Coffee

Coffee roasters and breweries are pretty standard.

Jack's Abby/Town of Framingham- Framingham Lager. Proceeds went to help the town.
