Brewery Proximity Obligation

We used to get Heady Topper in these parts (and one time, Lawsons). Now it is an almost three hour drive.

 

my friend in Seattle always brings me down some Seattle goodness, which is always appreciated. I think Fremont's barrel aged beers are as good as any out there

I would, for sure. Been trying to trade for one, but everyone wants half my cellar for it.

 

My brother lives in Providence, and stops through Boston quite a bit. So far, I haven't asked him to get any Trillium, but I'm sure that will change soon

 

nope, 15 minutes from victory 25 minutes from tired hands I honestly don't even visit that much. A few times a year at most, I like going but just buy shelf beer because it works for the long haul.

 

I think a one time request is perfectly reasonable.

Making a habit of it could create a problem though.

 

I have never been able to stop at just one with anything.

 

Depends on where you put your eyes. If she ships you 3-4 bottles you haven't stopped at 1.

Most of the folks who stood in line aren't into trading. It's just beer, you can find a local equivalent easier.

 

I don't always drink Pliny The Elder but when I do it is fantastic to reside only 5 miles from the brewery. Drink it fresh my friends!
