My daughter, a budding craft beer geek, is going to be in NOLA this week, staying in the French Quarter. I need recommendations for good breweries - and restaurants with great beer lists - in the city. Any help is appreciated.

I second avenue pub and that thread. For the best pizza in the city you have to go to Dolce Vita Wood Fired Pizza on St Charles. I have been all over Italy and this pizza can compete.
