    Michigan and Illinois. Illinois is a more limited distro though.

    Agree, and by 'limited' I think it's only some of the BV beers, and I think only in the greater Chicago area.

    I've seen it at Binny's out here in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. I was just at the brewery this past Saturday.

    Chicago gets everything canned that isn't brewery only. For reference all of these were available: http://www.breweryvivant.com/#!packaged-beer/cais

    Actually, I haven't personally seen North French so I can't guarantee that one was available in Chicago.

    I really wish I had bought some Undertaker to go when I was at the brewpub.
