Big Red Coq! One of my favs. Also enjoying the Plein de Vie series, especially Angelina and Paris. First had Angelina on tap at Craft Draft 2 Go in Kazoo and then found lots of bottles at Mega Bev in Kazoo.

I believe the msrp for Wizard Burial Ground was $24 or $25 per four pack so the price isn't that far out of whack. If you love old style ales and BA barleywines, I'm confident you would enjoy WBG. It is an excellent beer. Let's put it this way, I would pay $27 for another four pack of WBG if I found it.

I know bombers and cans are different pricing structures, but worth noting, a $26 four pack of tallboys (64 oz total) maths out to a $9 bomber.

I'd second the recommendation of being worth it if you like other bourbon barrel aged strong ales like barleywines, old ales, wee heavies, etc.

Mrs. Lizard and I go to MI two or three times a year and always visit Brewery Vivant at least one time for dinner. We've rarely seen the same items on the menu twice and have had mostly above average meals, particularly any duck dishes. Last week i had an excellent goat pot pie. As to the beers, I've had 26+ and have found most to be average or above. I am really happy that they've invested in a foeder and am looking forward to their wood and beer fest in September.

Loved this place when I went, Belgian beers are a style I didn't care for at first but have really grown on me.

Thought the dark sour stout they did in the winter besides the tart IPAs was really something different.

The food blew me away, best brewpub food I've had yet, not even close.
