For those that don't know, Bottle Logic dropped some big news for overflow parking for WOL, that's just down the street from Bottle Logic. Turns out its a new brewery named Brewery X. The location is MASSIVE. It's at least twice the size of terreux and can hold a 100 cars in the parking lot. The space seems to be a bit large for some random new brewery so my gut tells me this is some well-known brewery and X is just a code name or maybe it's a head brewer starting their own spot.

Does anyone else have any info on it? Inquiring minds want to know!

Correct ... he had a brief stint at riip as well ... his work at Pizza Port San Clemente was damn solid, so high hopes for his new endeavor. The upcoming space (building) is HUGE! Totally looking forward to this.

Amazing publicity for a new brewery with the overflow parking. With how many new ones open up all the time these days, I'm not sure I'd be paying it much attention if not for the parking!

Yes. A very brief (and great) stint at RiiP. He is missed. Good luck to Trevor’s future. Looking good for those in the Bottle Logic, Green Cheek, the Bruery and Nobles area. X marks the spot!

I dont know about brewery X, but that green cheek location is absolute trash. They need to move. Like yesterday.

I work in the complex directly across the street from X. This is going to be dangerous.

You saying it’s like ghetto? Lol. I’m sure it was a blessing and a bargain as it was already a brewery > Valiant. So the two were able to add some of their own touches here and there and open up sooner than later. Good for us. Expand? I’m sure in the near future GC will have to.

Agreed. Parking can be hard to find occasionally, but beyond that, no problems.

As far as Brewery X goes, this the first that I’m hearing of it. Stoked to have another option so close to home!

I just heard about this brewery maybe 2 weeks ago from an acquaintance that works at Stone, but I have been able to find absolutely nothing else about it.

For the most part, parking. But its a tight fit just driving around to find a spot as well. Annnnnd, its kinda ghetto. The area. Maybe to commercial of an area.

I think this weekend was mostly spillover from WOL, on a normal weekend it's much easier to park at Green Cheek than BL. Industrial parking lots are where beer is made, we're not talking vineyards here.

Perhaps Karl Strauss or Golden Road are more along the lines of what you’re looking for. Both are just a few minutes from Green Cheek.

This is what I found on the website for the city's planning department. Unfortunately it is not any larger.

Interesting. Based on the sketch it seems as if the brewery will actually be called Brewery X.

You know you live in Orange Country when “light industrial park” counts as “kind of a ghetto”...

Address of the LLC belongs to Penwal Industries (the owners have the last name Pennington). The company specializes in "the fabrication of models, replicas, mock-ups and prototypes - any size or scale - for aerospace, aviation, and military. We are a ONE-STOP-SHOP with full in-house & turnkey capabilities."

In addition, this group also sought a handful of other trademarks:
    • Point Luck
    • Fearless Fish Brewing
    • Nationstate Brewing Company
    • All Eagles Oscar Brewing
    • Team 6 Brewing
Whatever it is.... I foresee a really cool build out for this brewery.

And this is attached with the brewery or the address? I can see that being the old owners of that building.
