    Of these unexciting names, Nationstate sounds the best, except we already have a State Brewing not too far away.

    Brewery X should do a collab with Brewery Rex.

    If you're a few pastry stouts deep, it's pronounced the same anyway...

    After all is said and done Brewery X is looking to be a 70,000 sq. foot facility. The largest in Orange County.

    Didn't another brewery start off super big in hopes of selling ASAP and making tons of $$$ (aka Golden Road). Hope this doesn't follow the same business model.

    The big blue X in the sketch. Just seems like a random feature to add to initial drawings, so I assumed it was the actual name of the brewery.

    A bit straying from the topic, but thought I would give my two cents. Not really sure why people like Border X, I haven't had a beer from them in a long time and they are never really on tap at places outside their brewery so keep that in mind, but their beers were pretty subpar. I remember seeing the brewers back at the Otay Mesa location near the border hook up their water hose to a sink in the restroom. So no water enhancement or filtration for a profile plus you couldn't use the only restroom while that was going on. Maybe things have turned around, but I feel there are far better options in San Diego.

    My wife and I saw a sign for Brewery X yesterday, driving down La Palma. North side of La Palma, across Camelot miniature golf.

    Yeah, Sorry I should be putting updates since I work across the street. They've got a sign up now that says Brewery X "Crafting Soon". I've honestly seen absolutely zero changes being done outside though. No drop off of brewing equipment or work being done to the building. Doesn't mean it isn't being done, but I haven't seen anything.

    Thanks @JoshBeerNow, that's helpful as heck. Conversely, Trademark in LB is all up in the instagram stories for EvERYTHING they're doing. Like the multiple posts of fermentors last week.
