Brewery X: What is it?!

I've never been to green cheek, only tried one of their ipa collaborations, and only heard of them for their wc IPAs. That is a nice diverse tap list but it leaves room for the less extravagant ales (amber, red, brown), lots of lager territory uncovered. I don't know how these folks will fair and they would be 3rd or 4th on my personal list to try if visiting the area. I just mean to point out that they do appear to be targeting a different consumer than their neighbors.

 

You are right as long as the people know about Green Cheek which many will not, especially amongst the casual Bottle Logic/Bruery crowd which will probably be Brewery X's bread and butter.

 

Which is good, more GC for me.

You obviously don't know what troll means, and my opinion remains that in that neighborhood there are un/under represented styles. Enjoy keeping it super real bruh bruh

 

I prefer smaller and Mexican smaller.

 

Going to drive out to the X in a few minutes. Do these guys have a taplist on line or anything? Untappd or TapHunter? Guess it don’t matter now. My main thing is to hit up the new Beachwood Steelcraft (on a Monday) on my way back. Weird.
