Hi guys, I'm moving to Sydney for 9 months or so in October from the US and would love to get a job helping out at a brewery. I've been homebrewing for 5 years and have helped out at a couple breweries throughout the states. In the past, I've spent about a month of my life in Australia so I'm familiar of the craft beer scene from the drinker's view, but I'm not quite sure how competitive the jobs are. Do you think it's possible to land a job at a brewery, doing pretty much anything, for a short time period? Any insight would be awesome!
why not just contact the breweries? you'll get a useful answer that way, try offering them some WALEZ
I do plan on contacting the breweries, just thought I'd ask around here first to see if anyone had anything else to contribute.
