Brewing my first saison- any advice?

    I've only had tank 7 a couple times, good stuff tho. I liked their old (now retired) saison better, but it's real close.

    To me when you add a significant amount of corn, you can taste it, and it's a pleasant taste. I like that it conveys sweetness even in a dry beer. Not sure how that relates to tank 7. Might have to pick one up just to re-visit an old friend.

    I got the recipe from the brewer at Boulevard Brewing. He's the one that says Tank 7 uses that much corn.

    overall sounds like a solid recipe. keep us posted on how it turns out!
