Brewing Salts

    Same here except I’ve been just using acid malt. Been brewing for years but only just adjusting RO water for about a year. Guess it’s time to branch out with a couple other salts and the acid.

    As to the other question, I split it into mash salts and just toss the sparge salts right into the boil kettle.
