I have been looking to upgrade my brewing setup. As of now, I do a three-tier gravity system with a ladder, a chair, and then the kettle on the floor. Looking at the available options it seems (as is the case with all brewing gear) that brewing sculptures are way overpriced. I found this on amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938811&pf_rd_i=507846 and although not made specifically for brewing, seems like it could work. This only has two tiers and two burners. Do you guys think it could work? Maybe using a pump to move stuff around? Any thoughts??? I would be totally fine to keep using a cooler as my mash tun.
You could build your structure out of wood with casters and mount burners on that. I like gravity over pumps.
What size batches are you brewing? BTW, a friend of mine is brewing with this set up and is happy with it, especially for the cost. 5 and 10 gallon batches. You'll need a pump.
