Brewing SMASH Session ALE...suggestions?

    Go with a single DME (6 lbs extra light) and either all Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Centennial or Equinox (1 oz @60, 2 oz @ 10, 2 oz @ dry hopped) and you'll have an excellent excellent SMaSH brew.

    I have made a few with MO and EKG. Get the water to a pale ale profile, use a yeast that has some esters to add to the beer. The summer ales may have a little light crystal to give some body.
