Been doing AG brewing for a big but havent attempted brewing sours (purposely atleast). Already read Wild Brews by Jeff Sparrow, what else do you recommend other than forums to learn and read about brewing sours?

While not about sours Farmhouse Ales can give you good insight to styles that are not necessarily all that far off from them.

Yep. And I figure when his book is available, that's when I'll be ready to try my hand at making sours. Until then, I'll keep it clean.

i know you say not forums, but have you visited the Burgundian Babble Belt? I'd recommend spending a few hours on that forum. When I was into brewing sours back in the day, I spend quite a bit of time picking up tidbits there. OldSock (themadfermentationist) has done several articles for BYO as well which are great reads on the topic as well. Look for Michael Tonsmeire articles (hope I'm spelling that correctly). There are several guys on this forum that are still active that are great sources like Ryane and some others I'm forgetting currently for help with specific questions.
