Brewing Starter Kit

    There is little info on the pro other than the pics, but it looks like you're correct about the difference being that the pro plus has a "luxury plastic fermentation vessel instead of brew bucket".

    You'll need as many fermentors as the number of batches you'll have fermenting simultaneously. So, if making one at a time you'll only need one fermentor.
    However, if you plan on bottling your beer you'll also need a bottling bucket or some other vessel of suitable size, preferably with a spigot. I would think that the second bucket in the premium or premium plus kits could serve as bottling bucket.

    ETA: the "other vessel of suitable size" should be food grade. You might be able to find one locally for less than 20 euros, maybe at a home improvement store.

    The Pro Plus fermenter looks more opaque which would help block some light. Other than that, there seems to be no difference. I would go with the normal PRO because I like the measurements on the side.
