Easy question here: Whats the difference between the PRO and PRO Plus, it looks like it has the same stuff, but the fermenter just looks different. https://www.homebrewshop.be/en/startpakketten/startset-bier-brouwen and 2nd. Why would I need 2 fermenters? Just to make more beer at the same time?
There is little info on the pro other than the pics, but it looks like you're correct about the difference being that the pro plus has a "luxury plastic fermentation vessel instead of brew bucket". You'll need as many fermentors as the number of batches you'll have fermenting simultaneously. So, if making one at a time you'll only need one fermentor. However, if you plan on bottling your beer you'll also need a bottling bucket or some other vessel of suitable size, preferably with a spigot. I would think that the second bucket in the premium or premium plus kits could serve as bottling bucket. ETA: the "other vessel of suitable size" should be food grade. You might be able to find one locally for less than 20 euros, maybe at a home improvement store.
The Pro Plus fermenter looks more opaque which would help block some light. Other than that, there seems to be no difference. I would go with the normal PRO because I like the measurements on the side.
