Brewing with non-dried rose hips.

    Has anyone done this? I can find information regarding the usage of dried, but I'm not having much luck with using "fresh." Fresh being that they were de-seeded and have been in the freezer since they were picked last year.

    Working on a Tripel recipe that I'll be adding them to.

    Probably should have been more specific. I plan on adding it at 5, but I don't really know the amount.
