Brewing with oysters.

    Loved the new Zymurgy issue. Has anyone tried brewing a non-stout or porter style with oysters? If so, how'd it come out?

    i don't brew with them often, but when I do i prefer rocky mountain oysters...

    I have thrown shells in the mash but not the actual oysters. I love oyster stouts, but I can't commit to it. Too many possible problems.
