    is Saturday!

    I was afraid the forums wouldn't be back up in time for me to get my pre-Brewvival fix of forum-related hype and excitement! but they are!

    What are you looking most forward to? I'm looking forward to Westbrook's Hot Garbage and trying some Black Note.

    I also thought I saw on the old forums that Funky Buddha was coming. Anyone got any other news that hasn't been posted to the Brewvival site?

    I really want to try the Notorious P.I.G. from Holy City. Interested to see how they got the bacon flavor without making it oily...

    My boss has been the last two years, so now it is my turn... super excited to be able to make this one. What beers are you guys running to first? I am thinking Hot Garbage, Ghoulschip and Black Note...

    If anyone going has a friend interested in going (or if anyone looking at this thread is looking to make a last minute purchase), I have two tickets for sale at half price. Not pleased to be missing this, but such is life.

    Looking forward to seeing you there... Any idea which station you will be in? If you say Westbrook, Bell's, COAST, or Allagash you will be seeing A LOT of me tomorrow.

    My only advice for you guys that are going is to seek out the Duck Rabbit BBA Baltic Porter. It is absolutely amazing. I think I preferred it to Black Note, although they are both fantastic.

    You're welcome.

    There was a vintage beer fest in Raleigh a month ago, and I had it there for the first time (along with Black Note and a bunch of other great beer). I've never had BA Sexual Chocolate, but aside from that I can say it is by far the best beer I've ever had made in NC.

    agreed...it's definitely the best beer to ever come outta North Carolina. (well, maybe 2nd to Paul's Day Off....not to be confused with Paul's X-mas Vacation or other Paul's...series). Duck Rabbit needs to stop worrying so much about getting their beer up and down the east coast, and start getting me bottles of this liquid gold.
