Can also recommend Hope and Olive for food... often have Brick and Feather as well as Honest Weight on tap.

Went to NH to adopt a dog and told the wife we're going to BnF, since I'm never up that way.

Fantastic place, very low key, awesome people and beer!

and after that I would suggest a visit to Ryan and Casey's liquor store- definitely one of the better selections of craft beer in this part of MA.

Brick and feather is 7 minutes off of exit 27 of I91.
Quick run on 2 East left at the Turners bridge, onto Avenue A.
Right onto 11th st. Park and Delight
    Cheers

B&F makes some of the best beer in MA, hell, if not the US (IMO of course). I always make it a point to go there whenever I'm in MA, even if it requires a long drive. I find it amusing that there are lines, expansions, etc etc at some of the more "popular" breweries in MA while B&F silently and consistently puts out amazing beer with no hype.

As others have said I don't think they have any distro regarding cans... as for draft, I have seen them at Armsby Abbey/Worcester, but I don't remember seeing any draft available in the Boston area.

well damn. Maybe I will take the long way next time up to vermont. I am burned out on everything in boston. Trillium anything is a muddled sweet mess that looks like orange juice, lamplighter is ok but fell off a bit, idle hands I enjoy but sometimes a bit further than i want to uber. Mystic is gone, notch is too far in salem, havent been to vitamin sea because weymouth is a dead zone. Castle island doesnt really move the needle, harpoon is mehhhhh, sam adams and turtle swamp are a joke. I am basically just drinking cans of schilling from fort point market and the occasional frost when they get them. Will keep my eyes peeled if anything brick and feather turns up

Ah my apologies then- I would also suggest a visit to Honest Weight Brewery in Orange Mass as well- more of a detour off I 91 but they make some great beer in a variety of styles

They describe it as a "very robust porter" so I don't know if comparing it to a pastry stout is fair.
