Hmm..Saison de Lente has nice brett quality. I didn't get any brett when drank Rue, but it is brewed with brett. It was aged bottle though.

Stillwater's Table Beer is the first that comes to mind.

Many of Jolly Pumpkins offerings, but specifically Weizen Bam - the last bottle I opened had huge pineapple notes that brett can sometimes produce.

Wouldn't they age it? Why would they release a beer without Brett doing it's "job?"

I couldn't say for sure- that's just my reaction from when I first had the beer upon release, to when I had it aged. It's definitely worthwhile when first released, and maybe some people do prefer it without so much funk. But if you are going into it looking for more complexity and contribution from the brett, then getting aged a bit is the way to go.

Lotta different Bretts, lotta different ways to use them, lotta different flavors to come from the treatments. My favorites and I apologize if you cannot get them are
    Tilquin Gueuze
    Victory Wild Devil
    Anchorage Bitter Monk
    Orval
    Seizoen Bretta
    Saison Brett
Spike and Jerome's Cuvee Delirante (or about any BFM beer)
    Cantillon or Drie Fonteinen Gueuze

As others have said Brett is not sour, it is Brett's bug friends who come along in open fermentation, lacto, pedio, aceto, and others, that provide the sour. A great brewer will have a blend of these with the Brett that can knock your socks off.

Many brewers are experimenting with creating Berliner Weisse styles, traditionally not brewed with Brett, but very sour, and using Brett in them. I am sure you can trade for many examples if none are in Texas.

Prairie Ale is an excellent Brett beer.
