It's so funny, when I first made the transition from Miller Lite to craft, I thought which was expensive meant good. We paid $250+ with shipping for a sixer of Westy back then. Srs. Then i started thinking what was rare was good. That made me a serial trader and hoarder. Today I realize that which is shared is besht. And that's why I keep that avatar pic.

We had so many random beers, one of the original Enjoy By's, breakfast stout before distro, pliny, consecration... Oddly though, not to many BA offerings. My how palates change.

 

Texas people - time for some rules about this beer (the kinds of meetings Chicagoans have about Prop and Iowans about KBBS). It's very limited - Texas only - not even their own state. Bomb! and Prairie in general are super popular and this will for sure be sought after - so:

1. no trading for locals.
2. no trading for sought after ipas.
3. no trading for anything greater than a bottle count of 1.
4. each day post several trades about FT: Balcones Bomb ISO: KBBS, let threadshitting happen, and post a few hours later "this one's done." Eventually people will post the reverse - and bam - You "win" the trade.
5. at a minimum this needs to command BCBVRS or Prop 14.
6. When chasing whales in a few weeks from now, and Looking for Dave or M, make sure to also have Balcones Bomb in your ISO.

That's how you create and inflate a whale. Now let's get to work people. But before y'all do that, please send me one for a four pack of Backwoods Bastard.

 

Specs tweeted tomorrow at 10 Brimstone release limit 1. 1st 10 in line get double. Backwoods to be released as well.

 

You can buy backwoods bastard at specs right now. Brimstone bomb already sold out in three places that I know of in Houston.

It was pretty clear. We just take beer way too seriously in the Southwest forum.

 

What's the price on a 4-pack of Backwoods Bastard? Also, anywhere in Austin still have some?

 

Should be about 13 bucks a 4 pack.. not sure who still has some though.
