It's highlighting Jeffrey John's milkshake beer, while seeming to imply that John had the idea to add strawberry to his recipe. Makes me think the author doesn't know that not only did the original Tired Hands/Omnipollo Milkshake IPA have strawberry in it, but there have been a lot of iterations of it since - including chocolate shakes.
