Had an idea today for a recipe, interested to see what you all think of the idea.

Basically Pilsner Urquell clone (Pils, Vienna, touch of Munich & Carafoam) but fermented with English yeast.
    1.046 > 1.011 (4.5% abv)
All Saaz hops for 40 IBU
    Soft water, Pilsen water

    Fermented with WY1318 at 65F.

Cold condition x1 week to clear, transfer into kegs on top of priming sugar, 2.5 volumes CO2, then cold condition in keg (lager?) for 2 additional weeks before serving.

    Any thoughts?
