British Pubs in America

    Yeah the few times I went in the beer choices we sad, maybe that has changed. Considering the prices there, I was never impressed with the food. Hell some of it wasn't even worth a quarter of the price...

    I'm a big foodie and I was very disappointed in the food at the Broadmoor but my god was it beautiful. Yes super expensive as well. Sadly, if memory serves the best thing I had was that burger at the Golden Bee:slight_frown:.

    I've only been to the London airport, so I'm not really qualified to answer this question! :wink:

    But we have a restaurant in Des Moines with seemingly authentic British food (in a good way!). The Royal Mile, great beer selection too.

    A close second is Rí Rá Irish Pub in Vegas, Mandalay Bay. I know it's Irish, but there were a lot of Brits there when I was there last. With the football game on the teley, it seemed authentic. Reuben was one of the best I've had, outside of my own, of course :grinning:
