I’ve not been to Brno in particular, but I’ve had great luck with Use It Travel maps (in Prague and Budapest in particular). There’s a map here for Brno: https://use-it.travel/cities/detail/brno/
I was there a week ago. Was traveling with just my 5-year old son, so didn't get to do much beer stuff, but I went to: > Craft Beer Bottle Shop & Bar is the best place. Eight rotating taps (when I was there a Matuska tap takeover was going on) and about four fridges with bottles to drink there or to go (majority Czech, but also other stuff). Pretty good prices. The owner was really cool and spoke pretty good English. It was kind of hard to find — the second floor of an inside shopping center. There are some good eating options in the same complex. > A little outside the center is JBM Brew Lab. Pretty tiny; just a few tables, and 4-6 taps IIRC, with a few dozen bottles for sale to-go (weren't refrigerated, but maybe you can get them cold for on site). Definitely worth going. I didn't get to Ochutnavkova or Zelena Kocka, but both had some pretty decent stuff according to checkins on un tappd. Not beer related, but I really enjoyed the food at Soul Bistro. Laid back place, seasonal menu, and really friendly service. Overall, I found the people there very friendly.
