I couldn't narrow it down to just 5 - I had to cheat and go for 8. I think if there is any list of beer that embodies the styles I love, though, this is it:

Gueuze - Drie Fonteinen Golden Blend
Fruit lambic - Cantillon Saint Lamvinus
American wild - Russian River Beatification
    Saison - Grassroots Brother Soigne
    Double IPA - Heady Topper
    APA - Toppling Goliath PseudoSue
Imperial stout - Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Coffee Stout
    Porter - Hill Farmstead Everett

Porter- founders porter, Panther Cub when its available
Berliner Weisse- Bear Republic Tartare, i could drink this beer everyday.
Gueze- Hannsens Geuze, This beer just hits my palate in all of the right ways.
Imperial Stout- Firestone Parabola, just a beautiful beer.

Honorable Mention: Lager- Bells Q. Falls, or Jacks Abby Hopponius Union

Hell, I'm going with your list with the slight addition of Aventinus (wheat doppelbock) there at the end.

I did... In the past couple of weeks I tried a sesion and a few Sours and of course a couple of Bret type brews. Not impressed with the sours especially the fruit ones, felt like I was tasting a Zima or a wine cooler. The Bret's I had were pretty amazing, ok, one was a gold medal award winning brew, Serenity. One Sour did real well, and that was Wicked Weeds Gran Cru. I would order that beer again, the rest of the Zima/fruity tooty sours... no thank you.
