Broadway on Black Friday

    This Friday, I'm taking my fiance to Broadway for a show and then out to dinner later on. Are there any good bars within the area that we should stop for a drink or two? As a point of reference, we're going to see the Book of Mormon at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre on W49th and eating at the Palm on W50th.

    Pony Bar at 45th and 10th is a close walk and one of the best in the area IMO. Valhalla at 54th and 9th also not too far.

    Beer Culture is very close as well. It's one of those 1/2 bar + 1/2 bottle shop kinds of places.
