Have any of you been to Broken Symmetry in Bethel, CT, yet?

Looks like they opened up last week and seem to have some positive reviews. It's amazing how many breweries CT has seen open in the past few years!

Went this weekend on the way back from HVB. Also stopped at Nod Hill and Redding.

Location is nice, cannot speak to the food (but it looked tasty) but the beers I had (Wit, IPA, Dubbel, Saison) were slightly below average to average, and a little homogeneous (phenols) for four extremely distinct styles.

Location is pretty cool and flight price was fine. I have a feeling this place will get too crowded in the warmer months, as the patio space is small.

I wouldn't mind trying them out again once the beers find their legs.

I actually thought their beers were surprisingly good given the approach to starting with three Belgian styles and one IPA. From their menu, you can tell Belgian will be a focus going forward. I would agree the styles were a little similar but I’d say better than just average overall.

    Food was excellent.

I agree with Lupin, I though the beers were average at best. Burritos are amazing, but I've heard it's the same stuff from a local burrito food truck... so not exactly new for the area.

With a name like that no way the beers could be good
