Does anyone have experience aging this beer and if so could you share your thoughts?

Unless you know someone who can time travel, you won't find anyone with long term aging experience on it. The release was 5/14.

I actually just drank mine last week. Anyway, rather than asking about how to age just one beer in particular (especially since it is a relatively new beer and no one will have any experience aging it), I would encourage you to instead ask about aging this particular STYLE of beer. So, it would be better to ask about aging Bourbon Barrel Aged (BBA) Belgian Style Stouts, which is what the Cuvée Noire is. You might get more useful results.

By the way, if you're wondering why I'm not offering any additional information, it's because I know absolutely nothing about aging beer. Just trying to help in whatever way I can
