Nothing that isn't readily available at Whole Foods or other NYC bottle shops. They have some brewery-only beers on tap but no growlers to-go.
Looking at their tap list for 11/8, I think Greenmarket Wheat was only available at select GrowNYC Greenmarkets and The Companion was only available if you purchased The Oxford Companion to Beer. I have no idea if you need to drink these on premises or will they let you purchase them to go. Send then a quick e-mail to find out and post your results here as I'd be interested to know as well. Greenmarket Wheat is available at Whole Foods. Companion was being sold at New Beer I believe. There's always Local 11, Nine Pin Brown, and Blue Apron Ale, which are big bottles exclusive to some restaurants in NYC. And then of course, if you happen to be at the brewery when Garrett is there, sometimes he can be coaxed into opening up a "Ghost Bottle" or two.
