    Hey BAers –

Finally, after much searching, I scored a 4 pack of Brooklyn’s Sorachi Ace at the venerable Beer Temple in Chicago. Chris told me the beer is no longer bottle-conditioned and, after tasting it, even though it was amazing, I couldn’t help wonder about the difference between the two versions. Anyone had them both? Was there a difference? How so? Thanks!

I believe I have bottles left from the conditioned version, from last year. Let me know if you want them!

Not to hijack a trade but try calling around some Binny's I know I have seen it recently.

No apologies needed - I don't live near a Binny's that usually carries Brooklyn in general.

Any idea if this is going to be released in this format everywhere Brooklyn normally distributes? Sorachi Ace is probably my favorite saison, I'd love to see it in packs

This came out in 4-packs around 6 months or so ago. I would imagine it should be widely available across their normal distribution. I almost never see the 750's anymore as the 4-packs are so much cheaper. That's strange that you're not seeing it down there yet.

Sometimes South Carolina is stupid, I'll see if the vendor has any info

Pretty sure the 750ml bottles are still conditioned in the bottle.
