    Hi all,
    I am Bruce from Tugby, England. I have been enjoying drinking beer for many years and have now reversed roles! I am now brewing cask conditioned ale! I have bought a 40 year old brewery from the founder who is retiring - all very exciting. Lots of awards here in UK and also in the Guinness Book of Records.
    This move has made me really appreciate the wonderful varieties of beers that we can all enjoy.

    BTW, inquiring minds want to know… What is the name of your brewery? Probably plural minds, definitely at least one mind.
