Sadly no. Quiet month for allocations overall.

At least I can restock my Tart of Darkness supply for a bit.

<-- That avatar...Mmmm...a very enjoyable beer for me.

Speaking of, a little disappointed at the miserly purchase limits for Oude Tart and Tart of Darkness, even for Hoarders. You'd think they'd give their Society members a bit more access to nationally distributed beers, especially in such a quiet month.

This. I hate having to wait until "Second Chance" just to buy more distributed Bruery beer.

It actually seems odd to me as well. First time Reserve society this year and my allocation is 3 ToDs. Last year around October or so I bought 12 ToDs with no membership....just saw them on the store website and there went part of my paycheck and tastebuds.

I first thought it's just about the discount. That you have a limit on discounted purchases, but if there will be plenty of them available at the Bruery we still get the RS/HS discount right?

I do believe our discount is on all offerings, all year.

Correct, the discount applies to all purchases both online and at the brewery, with the exception of your society renewal and event tickets.

Anyone able to confirm if there's been an RS email that went out today regarding the new allocations and Sucre variants back on sale? Haven't gotten an email but haven't been receiving the RS emails for a few months now. Trying to figure out if there was one before I email the Bruery about the problem.

Yes, there was one. Got mine at 11:41am.

"We've also re-released several barrel aged variations of Sucré™ for those who wanted a few extra bottles. Please check the website to see what is available."

Tequila and New American Oak landed this month too. I was worried we'd miss those.

As for ToD, it is weird they don't give us more allocations, but since it gets distro I'll just wait until we get it in store and buy it for less. I was hoping for more Bourbon Wood though, 3 won't be enough. It says distro on that too but we never got it in 2012 and the 14% ABV might scare away the GA distributor.

They were both released in June for the first round of allocations, so you kinda did miss them if you didn't already see them for sale last month.

They must have fixed It. I was able to put 9 bottles of Port Tawny in my basket yesterday. It also didn't say the bottle limits yesterday either. Thanks

My wallet gets to rest this month. No July purchases for me.

Need the breather. The rest of the year is going to leave my wallet looking like Brazil's world cup team after yesterday's game!

What's up California BAs? Hoping you guys can give me some insight. I'll be in Pasadena for a wedding Aug. 16. Plan to land at the airport in LA, drive to The Bruery to be there by open, buy some stuff and head out to Pasadena for the wedding.

Any special releases on the bill for that weekend? Any tips/things to know about The Bruery? Much appreciated!

You get access to only what is there on draft. The bottles that you would normally see (which I think have been moved now) were for Society members only.

The draft list seems to change frequently enough aside from their staple brews. It does get packed like, all day long.
