Yes to all those except for Windowsill. I popped one at my last share two weeks ago and it was a drain pour even for those who loved Windowsill when it came out.

 

Could you elaborate on this? What happened to it?

 

I didn't take notes but there was none of that pie crust/graininess to it left to mellow the tartness and it had a weird overripe stonefruit note to it which didn't go well with the tartness. We were drinking some amazing sours that night so it might just have been relative.

 

They really need to rebrew that one.

 

I wonder what the chances are that there will still be some BT if I roll up there at opening today lol. Was anyone there lateish in the evening yesterday?

 

Unfortunately daycare frowns on that.

I see PS is getting port sucre as an allocation this quarter. So I guess the new Anni beer is out of the question.

I'm guessing the lack of anniversary variants this year left them in a place where they needed to fill the spot. Q3 and Q4 will probably be WC and BT

 

Beer lists are slowly coming out on FB. So far we have:

Smog City:
• Coffee Porter robust porter with coffee
• Steamfunk Brett IPA IPA made with 100% Brettanomyces

Monkish:
• Selah farmhouse saison with Brettanomyces
• Rara Avis spelt & rye saison with Brettanomyces

Firestone Walker:
• Velvet Merkin bourbon barrel aged oatmeal stout
• Bretta Weisse berliner weisse
• Opal dry hopped saison

 

Well I fucked up and forgot to order sitr/peaches yesterday.
Damn. Those e-mails reminders always save me, never saw one yesterday.

 

If you email them they might let you still get them. Just tell them that you forgot.

You can still buy it from the online store, once it goes into public distribution.

Last one they sent out about sitr/peaches was on 4/22, with small print on when the sale ends..
All my year's as a rs & hs member, they always send a reminder email out the day it ends..

 

Part of me enjoys cellar sales but another part of me wishes they'd increase the size of initial allocations. But then the question is if I would still max it out or if I only buy it because it's available.
