The internet has hardened me. Also working for a company (not in the beer industry) that has had repeated, demonstrably false internet reports.

Look, maybe a handful of bottles of a Bruery beer are possibly off. But fuck the whole hate train thing. The Bruery is amazing at refunding/replacing the few beers that somehow get released at less than 100% of what they expected, so talk to them. Mocha Wednesday is fine. If it wasn't, this thread would have totally blown up by now. Enough of the beer is out that one or two bad reports are just outliers.

I'm jaded but for good reason. No matter how sincere you sound, the odds are much better that you're just a troll. If not, you're really unlucky. Contact the Bruery.

Where is this hate train you speak of? As for the whole amazing at refunding/replacing... the issue is that there's a potential that some bottles may have some issues. You can't say that it's 100% known since the allocation hasn't even ended and not everyone has bought/picked up their bottles yet. Let alone opened them.

It could very well be an issue. Be it a very small one. But to outright jump to the conclusion that he's a troll just seems like you're blindly dismissing any potential problem. Given that SHIT was shit canned for infection means that the issue isn't cleared up yet. He has already contacted the bruery with the batch number. How about you not just dismiss it as a troll?

I saw this last night as well. I'd only met Tyler once but he was a nice enough guy. Hopefully the spilt was amicable and he goes on to do good things. I think Society beer has been a positive for the CA beer scene which shows not all splits for the worse. Hopefully that doesn't mean the end of Oude Tart but I'd wager the Bruery 'owns' that by now.

I thought you had a bottle and said it was fine?

Bruery has been nothing short of great of replacing bottles, etc.. which I mentioned in my first post. You're reading comprehension is is only shadowed by your name calling ability.

Next time, before you start names around, do an ounce of research and read the whole post/thread. Cheers!

I'm headed to the tasting room for the first time as a Hoarder. Obviously there are special pours for Reserve Society members, but is there any special pours for Hoarders? If so, how do I get a list? Secret handshake?

So that means that I now get to go to the tasting room and read what I can't have. Damn. Before I just saw the growlers go out and I sighed a little. Now I get Befuddlement staring me right in the face going "neener neener neener you can't touch me neener neener".....damn. :stuck_out_tongue:

why sigh at the growlers going out? Hoarders hasn't had much good in the way of growlers aside from that couple months of SHIT w/ Coconut.

And watching a growler of that go out while sipping on my taster made me sad. :slight_frown: <-- exactly like this but with hair.

I was there last night and this is still accurate. Great RS stuff too..Oude Tart w/ Cherries, Mocha Wed, Chronology, among others. Don't forget to you get your free pour of S.H.I.T. which I thought was spot on.
