    I have to admit, my judgement here is based on vertical pours in the tasting room. So I certainly wouldn't challenge your experience.

    Barrel Fermented Autumn Maple was intentionally sour from the start. It was around this time though that Barrel Aged Autumn Maple started having souring issues, but they are two different beers.

    I wonder if this will be one of the mystery beers this year...

    The date on the label is 2015 and I'd be surprised that they'd release another unannounced beer for this year when they still have 12 beers left on the slate for 2015 that will already bleed into next year. I also wouldn't be surprised if one of the mystery beers was SHIT w/ coconut or Mash & Coconut now that they have their pasteurizer.

    This could be mystery beer #2 slated to be released under the Terreux label. They describe the beer as mysterious.

    If you search these on the site, the labels show up, but you can't click them for more info or purchase them. I'd imagine they'll go up at some point.

    2011 Melange 3
    2012 Melange 3
    A Stein's Throw
    Imperial Lokal Red

    Maybe that's all that's coming up for cybeer monday?
