Bruery 2018 RS/HS Allocations

My “add a friend” said it worked in the OG tasting room today but hasn’t got any emails so far. Not sure if they are supposed to get the same allocation emails or not but I just forward all the emails.

 

I second this! This is the beer to move things forward, IMO. The flavor is outstanding and the ABV is reasonable for finishing a bottle alone.

 

No reason they would get allocation emails. They receive our benefits in the tasting rooms, that is it.

 

oh man this is great. only six pages and ten days in and my beloved District is represented by someone posting three different times complaining about how hard apps are and/or emails, complaints about the soft open location, and inexplicable demands for DC shipping from last year. p.s. guys the site explicitly added DC pickup as an option in preparation for 2k18 and it said DO NOT SELECT THIS NOTHING IS BEING SHIPPED TO DC.

 

I was in the tasting room yesterday and saw one of the guys manually typing the list of names into the POS. The second wave of names could be hundreds of names and I think they need to type the name, phone number and email. If they do end up sending anything, give them a little time. Between the new app and this new benefit, the administrative workload is pretty huge.

 

So still no update on $30 of credit towards crowler/growler fills?

I inquired last week via the Society e-mail address, and ultimately received the following:

Not much of an update, but seeing as how it hadn't been mentioned again since September, it's better than nothing. I'd love for it to just be a credit on my account in the taproom (however that would work), but I'd imagine it'll end up getting worked into the app.

 

Excited to see Bruesicle: Rita joining the list for the society party as well as the crowler option. Can't wait - Also, need to find a hoarder willing to let this reserve pleb try a taste of Yount, very curious....haha

 

If you happen to be at the early session and see a Cubs hat, feel free to ask me to grab you a pour!

It really surprised me with all of it's wine flavor and appearance. Great beer/wine hybrid. I'll be at session one though heh.

 

Am I crazy, or was the date for the 10th anniversary party on the calendar and now it's gone? I'd like to buy plane tickets sooner than later. @BruerJoel is there a set date (that won't change)?

We didn't have a Society Member Monday in January - we do the Kickoff Event (this Saturday) instead. First SMM is in February.

 

So... if we unsubscribe from the e-mails that keep re-describing the benefits of the app, does that mean we have to unsubscribe from the actually informative/relevant e-mails? It's getting kind of irritating to get an e-mail from this app every other day...
