Has anyone kept any of these and had success aging them?

    Bruery Mischief
    Bruery White Oak
    Bruery Sour in the Rye

I work at a liquor store and we have a few left on our shelves from 2013 so I'm considering buying some. I already have a Mischief put away. Just thinking of getting a few of the others if it's worth it.

    Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Recently had a 2013 White Oak and a 2013 Sour in the Rye and both were great. I'm not sure I noticed major changes in either one though my recollection was that I preferred the White Oak fresh.

    Has anyone aged RUEUZE?

Sour in the rye is delicious so buy it up. It'll be fine.

White Oak and SitR are beautiful with time on them. Mischief calms down the hop bite, but it doesn't really get 'better'.

I'm the opposite - I won't touch it until its a year old.

White Oak - I much prefer with about a year on it. That actually goes for all of the Bruery wheat wines.

Sour in the Rye - Unfruited are good agers IMO. Maybe their best sour for aging? I recall not really liking it fresh, but thought some age made it better.

Rueze - got 6 when first batch came out.... been drinking through them and really nothing going there. Same old one dimensional Bruery sour blonde.

Not sure about Mischief, but Saison Rue ages well.

Haven't opened any recently, but batch 1 was good enough I stashed a couple bottles away.

I have Rueuze back to 2012. It's a solid beer at any age, but the older ones seem more vinegar sour versus dry sour.
