Have these been announced yet? Trying to find info and there's very little on here about this society, debating joining for 2015 since I missed Reserve.

Pretty sure Black Tuesday will be 1 of 3.

Seeing that a lot, which is nice. Just curious if I should pull the trigger based on it alone. I'm getting the six from Reserve already.

from the email that was sent out to BT lottery losers:

"The good news is that we do still have space available in our Preservation Society, our quarterly beer club. Each quarter includes three different bottles of beer and this December's shipment will include a bottle of 2014 Black Tuesday along with a brand new, limoncello inspired sour ale and an oaked variation of our barley-wine, Old Richland"

Damn. Sour sounds great, but I'm not feeling a hoppy oak BW. I assume these will be Reserve anyway, so no need to drop $60 just for extra BT.

I'm looking forward to these. This will be my first time as a preservation member. I missed out on BT lottery so this was next option. Hope the sour is good.

Yeah, the Old Fashioned beer is Pilot Beer #1 for HS members. No word on it in a while, so maybe we'll see it in December, or...who knows. Same goes for the fruited Hottenroth variant that's supposed to be Pilot Beer #2. Even ignoring those HS exclusive, there are five announced beers that haven't been released:
    Mash & Grind
    Oaked Old Richland
    Rum Barrel Autumn Maple
    So Happens It's Tuesday
    Mystery Beer #2

So the limoncello sour is either MB #2, or a sixth beer for December. Rum Autumn Maple fell off the projected release calendar so we might not even be getting that, and who knows about M&G and SHIT.

Edit: Hoarders got an email on October 10th saying that both pilot beers are coming "soon." They've managed to put several cocktail-inspired beers on tap in the tasting room over the summer and fall, so perhaps it's our fault for picking the one cocktail idea that wasn't a quick turnaround?

IIRC the mystery beers are RS/HS exclusive, so that would make the limoncello sour a sixth beer for December.

If they offer a Mystery beer to Preservation society I'm gonna be a little pissed, just sayin'.
