Opened a You Asked for It, was a touch of a gusher, anyone else have any can issues lately?

 

All my cans gushed, and I opened them right after I got them. Tasted fine though.

 

BBerry pancake deserves the hype. Finished a growler. One of those beers where, to quote someone here, the sum is more than the parts. There’s cinnamon and maple but both aren’t obtrusive. Supporting the blueberry. Great beer.

Finally got a chance to pop a Rue'd and WCWW over the last week. Rue'd to me was a bit of a disappointment. Way too coffee forward and lacking balance. I split the bottle over two nights and found the cherry came out a little bit better on day two. Not a bad beer. It had big shoes to fill. Just not RdF like I had hoped.

WCWW was tasty. Definitely a wheat wine, but I didn't get much white chocolate. I didn't think it was overpowering, but maybe the cinnamon and maple was too strong? It's been a while since I've had WC but I remember it tasting just like white chocolate. And I finally opened my WC with Cherries a couple of weeks ago and that had a good amount of white chocolate on the finish. Again, good, just not what I expected.

 

Cyber Monday is live right now. 12 Days box is $125. Limit 4, lol.

 

Not a fan of being forced to buy 2 shit beers just for the single I want, meh. Am grabbing more BT GR and another box though.

 

Wow... That's a tough sell... Each 375 bottle is nearly as expensive as its 750 counterpart.

 

Cue the ire at Last Slice bottles still existing...

 

Last Slice and on Tuesdays def stopping me from getting either of those "sets". Just seems like a poor attempt at getting rid of old stock that isn't selling and a ridiculous price at that.
