Does anybody have any idea what the next three beers will be for Bruery's Preservation Society? I'd love to know.

Wasn't that Q1? I think they are late for releasing these so it seems like Q2...

    Maybe?

These are the latest ones for sure, but they sent out emails with the wrong and then correct quarter.

I think they allude to the tripel not finishing up in a timely manner, therefore the delay.

We had the Tumescence in a recent tasting and it was nice:

But the La Vie was better IMO:

Second quarter is just beginning. Bottles will be released in a few months. We won't know exactly which bottles until at at least May or June.

New to the preservation society.... How often do the beers from rs/hs filter down to us? I saw that bois fume and smooth criminal did.

    From Bruery website:
2014 2nd Quarter Preservation Society will include Coverteur, Sans Pagaie, and New American Oak Barrel Aged Sucré. Any membership purchases made between April 1 - June 30 will ship and become available for pickup on/around July 1.**

Looks like Coverteur will be a Belgian style ale with cocao and vanilla and what am looking forward to most.

Sans Pagaie is one of the best beers they make.

Anyone have any thoughts on how far beyond the 6/30 “consume by” date we can go before the effects of the Lactobacillus begin to kick in? Anyone open a bottle recently? If so, how was it?

The reason I ask is its unlikely I’ll be able to pick this up before 6/30. I’m wondering if its worth risk.

same as when I first got it. it's held up fine thus far, they both have.

If you order and haven't picked up by 6/30 they'll cancel the order and refund you.

From asking at the tasting room, theres still no sign of infection. They know the beers contain Lacto, but don't know whether its living or dead.
