Cellarable up to two years? I would have thought more. I do trust Bruery, so I'm inclined to not push it. But has anybody pushed beyond two years and been glad they did?

...They made it for the first time last year. Unless someone has a time machine, there aren't any bottles older than 1 year.

I can tell you this has developed into a pretty damn good beer. I say drink it now you will love the results

Loved it fresh. Love it now. Can't see age being of continuing benefit, but it's held up just fine, for now.

I think it is headed in the right direction. It was boozy and lackluster when I had it fresh. Opened a bottle a couple weeks ago and thought it smelled like cotton candy and cream soda...

I know that sounds weird but it was pleasant to smell and taste something in that beer other than burning.

they have been making white oak sap for 4 (or 5) years now, so its possible that they have been putting some in bottles to see how it ages, but that is just pure speculation with zero corroboration.
